CUSTOMER TERMS OF SERVICE

Bright Futures is an independent contractor for Yellow Checker Cab Co., Inc. in Albuquerque, NM and is also the company that created and maintains the credit card acceptance site for all the independent contractors that use this site to aceept credit card and PayPal payments. The Terms of Service is the same for all contractors. If you pay by credit card or with your PayPal account for a taxi cab ride through this website, these terms govern what information is and is NOT collected and stored. Bright Futures (hereafter referred to as "the Company") is an approved and authorized independent contractor for Yellow Checker Cab Company, Inc. By providing your credit card billing information, it is assumed that you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. The minimum amount that you will be charged is $15.00 plus a $2.00 service charge. All credit card transactions are processed using PayPal. PayPal is a secure online processor of credit cards and other electronic payments. You may pay by credit card OR if you have a PayPal account, you will be given the opportunity to log in to your account once the PayPal screen is displayed. If you choose to login to your PayPal account, you may pay your bill with the credit card on file with PayPal or with the bank account linked to your PayPal account. A convenience charge will be added to the total amount of the fare, ranging from $2.00 up to $10.00 depending on the total amount of the transaction. You may also choose to add a gratuity to the total amount, but it is not required.
The only information collected by the Company is:
- Your e-mail address
- Your phone number
- First and last name of the card holder
- Billing address
- Origin
- Destination
- The amount of the fare
- Convenience charge
- Tip
- Total
We do NOT keep a record of:
- Your credit card number
- The expiration date
- CSC number that is on the back of the credit card
By proceeding with and completing the transaction, it is assumed that you agree with all the terms and conditions set forth here.
